Pickup from the store

If it is convenient for you, you can pick up the product in the store "Live steel" in Zlatoust or in the office of the Moscow representative office of the company "Air". Your friend or relative can pick up your purchase by presenting your passport. The prepaid product will be issued to them on the basis of a power of attorney from the buyer, or a letter indicating the buyer's passport data.

Important! Air company is not responsible for the cost of sending by transport companies and Russian Post. Delivery rates to different regions are determined by carriers.

Delivery by the transport company "SDEK»

You can arrange delivery to your city by the transport company "SDEK". Your choice is delivery to the pick-up point in your city or the courier will bring the order to you at the specified address, having previously called and agreed on the date and time of delivery.

The average delivery time to SDEK shopping center is 2-5 business days, to remote regions (North, far East) - up to 14 business days; free storage in the warehouse: 14 days. SDEK grants the right to inspect the parcel before payment and to open it after payment. Cash on delivery is possible.

Postal delivery

If there is no courier service in your city and there are no points of transport companies "SDEK", "GDT", "Business lines", then you can order delivery via Russian Post. Immediately upon arrival of the product, you will receive a notification about the shipment to your address.

Before paying, you can evaluate the condition of the package / box (without opening it): weight, integrity. If you think that the order does not meet the parameters or the packaging/box is damaged, ask the Post office employee to draw up an autopsy report. You can only open the packaging yourself after you have paid for the order.

One order can contain no more than 10 items and its cost should not exceed 100 thousand rubles.

Russian post: average delivery time is 5-15 business days, free storage at the post office: 15 days.

The buyer's expenses for delivery by Russian Post and cash on delivery include:

1. cash on delivery, which added to the cost of the goods by mail (this is transport costs on delivery parcel), where the value of the package (the cost of the item when added to basket) + (sum of transport costs * it can be seen when tracking the package on the website of the Russian post)

2. Russian Post Commission for money transfers

* the amount of transport expenses includes cargo insurance according to the declared value of the parcel and a mandatory inventory of the attachment (+50 rubles). It is the inventory of the attachment that gives the right to inspect the parcel before paying for it.

Attention! The cost of delivery, which is calculated automatically when placing an order on our website, is approximate and can be changed by the delivery service chosen by you when sending the cargo. When sending an order to the buyer, a tracking track is sent to the email address, and an SMS message is sent to the mobile number.

Courier delivery*

For Moscow, delivery of goods is carried out by courier both on working days and on weekends. Delivery in New Moscow is only available on Saturday and Sunday. Tariffs:

• Delivery by courier in Moscow – 500 rubles.

• Delivery within paid Parking – 600 rubles.

• Delivery beyond the Moscow ring road up to 10 km – 800 rubles.

• Delivery on time – 1000 rubles.

• If the order cost is higher than 50,000 rubles, delivery in Moscow is free of charge..
