How to place an order

Placing an order is easy enough. Add the selected products to the cart, then go to the Cart page, check the correctness of the ordered items, fill in the "Comment" field (where you can specify your wishes for the order), and click "Checkout" or "Quick order".

Attention! For the convenience of choosing the right product in the near future, a calculator will appear on the site, with which you can independently calculate the cost of procurement of Damascus steel, specifying the parameters you need (dimensions, pattern, number of layers, the need for heat treatment). Before the advent of the calculator on the site, you can contact the Manager Helen Burundukova. You can ask a question directly from the product profile!

Quick order

The "Quick order" function ("Buy in 1 click") allows you not to go through the entire order processing procedure yourself. Fill out the form and the Manager of the online store will call you back. The Manager will clarify all the conditions of the order, answer questions about the availability, product parameters, and its features. He will also advise you on payment and delivery issues.

As a result of the call, after receiving clarification, you either place an order yourself, or agree to the registration in the form provided for by the purchase in 1 click. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Making an order in standard mode

If you are sure of your choice, you can place an order yourself by filling out the entire form in stages.

Filling in the address

Select the name of your region and locality from the list. If you didn't find your locality in the list, select "Other location" and enter the name of your locality in the "City"column. Enter the correct index.

Delivery

Depending on your place of residence, you will be offered delivery options. Choose any convenient method. For more information about delivery terms, see the "delivery" section.

Payment

Choose the best payment method. Attention! Prepayment should be made only after the Manager has confirmed the availability of this item in the warehouse. For more information about all options, see the "Payment"section.

Buyer

Enter your personal information: full name, delivery address, and contact phone number. In the order Comments field, enter information that may be useful to the Manager or courier.

Order registration

Check whether the information you entered is correct: order positions, location selection, and customer information. Click the "Place an order"button.

Our online store stores customer data and order information and will ask you to repeat the previous order data the next time. If the conditions do not suit you, choose other options.
